充值計劃 TOP-UP PLAN
會員帳戶充值計劃 Membership Top-up Plan
我們於2024年9月起正式推出會員帳戶充值服務，會員可以向其帳戶添加信用額以使用公司提供的指定服務，包括公司及 Conson Business Limited 品牌旗下的會議室、活動場地、一日通行證及影印服務。
會員可省略每次使用服務時入數轉帳及上傳收據的麻煩，充值特定金額還可以獲贈額外高達$1.800回贈！
We are officially launching the membership top-up plan in September 2024. Members can top up credit to their accounts to use designated services, including Conference Rooms, Event Venues, Day Pass, and Photocopying services under Coffice and Conson Business Limited.
Members can save on bank transfers and upload receipts whenever using the service. Members can also receive an additional rebate of up to $1,800 when recharging a certain amount!
條款及細則 Terms and Conditions
- 優惠不能與其他優惠一同使用 (除會員價外) ，包括租用4小時可享9 折優惠/租用8小時則享75 折優惠
- 所有充值需在最後充值當天計2年內使用
- 所有充值金不獲退款
- 此充值計劃只能用作扣除指定服務的費用
- 計劃可與他人共用，但不能轉讓
此計劃不能與其他付款方式混合付款
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any offer, including 10% off for 4-hour rentals / 25% off for 8-hour rentals
- All credits must be used within 2 years from the date of top-up
- All credits are non-refundable
- It can only be used to deduct fees for designated services
- It can be shared with others but cannot be transferred
- It cannot be mixed with other means of payment
門市充值流程
- 客人需已加入會員／分行結帳時提供資料即時辦理加入會員
- 向前枱人員說明希望充值之金額並即時在分行付款
- 結帳後會即時手動對會員帳號進行充值及贈送信用額度（如適用），客人會收到電郵通知
